Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Please log into your account on our website and selct the item you would like to return. It will be sent for a return review. 

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.99, which must be paid before the return label is created and the refund is processed.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions below, a store credit will be issued.

Item Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached and intact.

  • Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for store credit.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days after we receive your return for your item to be inspected and your store credit to be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
